1. What shipping methods are available?
The following shipping methods are available:

* Standard shipping:

Melbourne/Victoria: $2.5. Allow 2 days for delivery

New South Wales: $2.5. Allow 2 days for delivery

Australian Capital Territory: $2.5. Allow 2-3 days for delivery

Queensland, South Australia: $6.5 for each batch up to 36 jars (Allow 3-4 days for delivery)

Western Australia: $13.5 for each batch of up to 36 jars (Allow 3-5 working days for delivery)

Northern Territory: $13.5 for each batch up to 36 jars (Allow 4-7 days for delivery)

Tasmania: $2.5 (Allow 3-4 days for delivery)

Orders are shipped within 1-2 days (Monday-Friday), excluding holidays. We ship to the Australia only. We do not ship to International (including New Zealand) at this time. Please note that the shipping and billing addresses must be valid Australian addresses (PO boxes are not accepted).

Military and P.O. boxes: Due to shipper restrictions, shipping is not available to A.P.O./F.P.O. and P.O. box addresses.

2. How long will it take for my order to be delivered?
Standard shipping orders will be delivered in 3-6 business days (from the shipped date). We will confirm your estimated delivery dates by email or you can check your order status here.

Please note: For orders that contain multiple items, you may receive each item separately, on different dates.
