By popular request this sauce is now available online. This is a favourite in UK. The jury is still out whether the Balti style sauce originated in Pakistan or Birmingham but it is a type of curry cooked and served up in a thin, pressed steel wok-like pan. Great with any type of meat or cooked with a medley of vegetables this sauce is a true all rounder!
